Spottie Dottie is an elegantly elevated floating white leather coolie brim draped in delicate green flocked spotted tulle. The underside of the coolie brim features a gorgeous wired bow with delicate draping ties that can be tied around the back of the head to add drama. 

This style of headpiece is crafted on a wire bandeau and can be manipulated to the shape of the wearers head for added comfort. The bandeau frame is secured with double elastics and a metal comb for added security.
