Wind Beneath My Wings - White textured Face hugging base with Feather Flowers and Crinoline Swirl

White textured straw  face hugging base with a cascade of hand cut white Feather Flowers.  This piece is complete with a leather trimmed white Crinoline Swirl.

The headpiece is lined with a silk liner and edged with Velvet ribbon for added comfort. The piece attaches securely to the head with a metal comb and millinery elastic.
